Position Overview

The Process Support Associate is responsible for supporting daily training and administrative functions, including onboarding, compliance tracking, and training delivery. This role also assists in monitoring inventory and scrap management, conducting analysis, and providing related training to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Administration

  • Maintain and manage day-to-day training and administrative requirements.
  • Oversee training dashboards to ensure high compliance with training requirements.
  • Generate regular training reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and communicate training gaps within teams to relevant stakeholders.
  • Periodically review and update training assignment portfolios to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage new hire orientation programs.
  • Serve as the main contact for onboarding and track new hires progress.
  • Manage orientation curriculum and drive improvements to reduce time-to-competency.
  • Deliver hands-on training sessions and conduct competency qualifications where required.
  • Submit training requests for staff through relevant platforms.
  • Maintain and manage digital platforms for training and documentation.
  • Prepare training documentation and reports for audits or management reviews.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Inventory & Scrap Management

  • Track expired materials and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant teams.
  • Monitor scrap occurrences and conduct root cause analysis to support process improvements.
  • Deliver training on inventory management processes and ensure adherence to protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Science or Engineering.
  • NTC/ITC/Diploma in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Bio-processing-related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English.
  • Strong commitment to cGMP and EHS compliance in clean-room plant operations (prior experience with cGMP is a plus).
  • Excellent self-motivated team player with a hands-on attitude and effective communication skills.
