Job summary

Agilent Technologies Singapore (International) Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Reliability Engineer to own and elevate the reliability of manufacturing processes within a sustaining production environment.

You will proactively eliminate systemic risks, drive robust processes, and sustain high performance by leveraging PFMEA, control plans, and SPC. The role involves data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated experience in PFMEA, control plans, and SPC methods to sustain process capability.
• Proven ability in root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and process reliability in manufacturing.
• Excellent stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to process discipline, prevention, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate reliability of manufacturing processes in sustaining production.
• Eliminate systemic process risks and drive process robustness through governance (PFMEA, control plans, SPC).
• Establish reaction plans for out-of-control conditions and sustain capability.
• Review and optimize risk-based qualification strategies and test plans.
• Analyze manufacturing and field data to detect potential process gaps.
• Translate insights into targeted improvements and eliminate recurring risks.
• Improve issue visibility and monitor process performance through data systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams on field/customer feedback with timely updates.
• Oversee overall manufacturing performance and drive continuous improvement.
