Job summary

Adecco is partnering with public sector to recruit a Process Lead Engineer (Pharmaceutical MNC) in Singapore. You will lead process engineering activities, develop and review designs, and support IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT and SAT to ensure compliant site operations.

You will own SIP/CIP equipment, drive process improvements, manage changes, deviations, and CAPA, and coordinate with MS&T and Automation to translate requirements into engineering modifications.

Qualifications

• Develop and review process designs, P&IDs, URS, SRA, FRA, and support Design Reviews, Qualification and HAZOP activities.
• Create, maintain, and manage process engineering documentation throughout its lifecycle.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ, qualification, requalification, validation, FAT, and SAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SIP, CIP, Washers, and Autoclaves.
• Provide independent process engineering support to ensure smooth site operations.
• Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting and provide practical solutions to operational issues.
• Lead Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPA related to process engineering.
• Lead process improvements, including yield and cycle-time improvements from equipment or automation modifications.
• Drive troubleshooting, process optimisation, and engineering solutions to minimise operational and supply risks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.
• Act as the link between MS&T and Automation, translating process requirements into automation engineering modifications, recipes, and parameters.
• Support recipe testing and coordinate with Automation teams to implement changes.
• Provide on-call process troubleshooting support, including 24/7 coverage when required.
• Lead ad-hoc process and engineering troubleshooting, design, and optimisation activities.
• Provide support during the absence of the lead and participate in delegate meetings.

Process Engineering & Documentation

• Lead process improvements, including yield and cycle-time improvements resulting from equipment or automation modifications.
• Drive troubleshooting, process optimisation, and engineering solutions to minimise operational and supply risks, including CIP/SIP issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.

Automation & MS&T Interface

• Act as the link between MS&T and Automation, translating process requirements into automation engineering modifications, recipes, and parameters.
• Support recipe testing and coordinate with Automation teams to implement required changes.

Technical & Operational Support

• Provide on-call process troubleshooting support, including 24/7 coverage when operationally required.
• Lead ad-hoc process and engineering troubleshooting, design, and optimisation activities.
• Provide support during the absence of the lead and participate in delegate meetings.
• May have limited resource accountability and perform other duties assigned by the manager.
