We’re searching for a Technician to be part of our Process Integration (YDD) diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on:

  • To perform inline inspection and recipe setup for brightfield and darkfield inspection tools.
  • To perform Optical / SEM reviews and defect classification for OOC lots
  • To generate Defect Notice for OOC lots and inform respective departments
  • To manage the WIP and response to request from other departments
  • To assist YDD Engineer on analysis and assessment
  • To perform reticle printdown inspections and check for repeater defects.
