Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical/ Chemical/ Science) required.
• 7 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process integration preferred.
• Experience with device characterization and process qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve, and optimize process integration and yield issues.
• Perform project management and data analysis to drive improvements.
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
• Support designs with module characterization and design rule development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and yield concerns.
• Develop test structures enabling fast and rigorous process characterization.
• Build defect source libraries and fingerprinting for root-cause analysis.
• Conduct product/process partitioning studies to drive defect improvements.
• Ensure processes are well documented with mitigation and detection plans.
• Adhere to safety and EH&S requirements and collaborate on other projects as needed.

Adecco is partnering with a global leading Semiconductor Foundry in searching for a Process Integration Staff Engineer/ MTS under technology Development Department to support their fab expansion. This position is pivotal in driving the advancement of the device, with responsibilities including collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, optimising manufacturing processes, troubleshooting integration challenges, and driving continuous improvements to achieve project goals.

The Job

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and yield issues and related problems


• Perform project management and data analysis


• Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems


• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs


• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development


• Work with cross function teams to reduce defect activities and resolve technical & yield concerns


• Develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process


• Build and develop defect source library and tool's defect source fingerprinting


• Perform product/process partitioning study for yield & defect characterization to drive defect improvements


• Ensure that processes are well documented, failure modes are assessed and have mitigation and detection in place


• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements


• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

The Talent

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science or other relevant engineering discipline is required


• 7 years relevant experience


• Experience in semiconductor process integration, ideally with a focus on BCD/RFSOI/Silicon Photonics development.


• Strong skills in device characterization, process qualification, and integration debugging.


• Knowledge of Unit Module Development and Technical Project Management is an advantage.
