A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Process Integration Master responsible for developing and validating advanced substrate technology processes. You will manage integration, drive yield improvements, and perform data analysis, collaborating closely with product engineering and design teams. This role requires expertise in statistical analysis and strong problem-solving skills.
As a Process Integration Master, you will be responsible for the development, validation and integration of key advanced substrate technology processes such as wet cleans, photoresist (PR) and dielectric coating, Lithography, dry etch, thin film deposition techniques including CVD, PVD, metrology, plating and CMP used in the fabrication of high-density package substrates. You will play a key role in understanding process interactions and solving yield limiting issues across manufacturing operations critical to High performance computing (HPC) packaging.
Responsibilities
Process Development
· Lead integration of multiple process modules into reliable, high yielding short-loop and full-flow substrate builds.
· Define and develop short loop process flows to quickly validate new interconnect architectures and materials.
· Ensure cross-process compatibility, manage material interactions and track substrates/panels across virtual development lines.
Yield & Quality Improvement
· Drive dimensional control, sidewall profile fidelity, film thickness uniformity and electrical performance across integrated builds.
· Implement and refine process monitoring techniques and defect inspection, to proactively investigate and resolve issues with various processes.
· Troubleshoot yield detractors and process failures by coordinating root cause analysis across teams.
Data Analysis & Documentation
· Perform statistical analysis (e.g., DOE, SPC) to identify and control critical process parameters. Experience with data analysis software packages (such as MATLAB, Python, SQL, JMP).
· Lead process-of-record (POR) definition and development of integrated module flows.
· Develop and maintain documentation for process flows and process specifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with design, product engineering, module owners, reliability, metrology and failure analysis teams to validate integration feasibility, support process scale-up and enable new product introduction (NPI).
· Assist with customer qualifications, electrical and reliability testing as needed.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager, as required to support the team and organizational goals.
