Process Integration Engineer

We are looking for a Process & Integration Engineer

We seek a dedicated Process & Integration Engineer to join our Engineering team. The role involves process sustaining, process integration, cell efficiency improvement, and product yield enhancement activities in our plant. The engineer will work closely with other departments to define process, equipment configuration, and control procedures to meet product functionality and reliability requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Safety: Update procedures and documentation (such as work instructions and SOPs) as needed during change management, adhering to all HSE principles and WI.
2. Quality: Maintain knowledge of WI, SOP, and Quality Policy. Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Technology departments to resolve quality issues and ensure quality during change management.
3. Cost: Lead or participate in cost-reduction projects related to manpower, methods, machinery, and materials, aiming to improve product cost competitiveness.
4. Management: Demonstrate project management skills by establishing schedules, resources, and risk management, and maintaining good customer and supplier relationships.
5. Continuous Improvement: Initiate and lead projects to improve cell efficiency and module power, researching new processes and materials for production.
6. Process Integration Activities: Conduct qualification and data analysis on new processes/materials, ensuring product reliability and troubleshooting according to OCAP.
7. Others: Perform additional duties as assigned, varying with departmental needs.

Qualifications

Technical / Professional: Degree in Electrical or Materials Engineering.

Technological Skills: Knowledge of Semiconductor/Solar cell and module processes, process integration & development methods, FMEA, DFMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis, SPC, RCA, and proficiency with analytical tools like JMP or Mini-Tab.

General Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organization and project management skills, effective communication skills in English and another language, and the ability to work under stress.

People/Relations: Proactive, committed, with strong communication and organizational skills, a team player, and a challenging spirit to improve conditions.

REC Knowledge: Experience in Solar, Semiconductors, or Electronics manufacturing industries is advantageous.
