Role Summary

You will be responsible for assisting engineers with new product introduction (NTO), performing data analysis, executing experimental lots, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing various tasks with module engineers and technicians to setup a new product (NTO) including inline control plans, NTO lot arrangement, and failure analysis submissions.
  • Performing routine inline/WAT data analysis under the guidance of the process integration engineering staff using established data analysis procedures and software.
  • Writing and execution of experimental lot requests and then work with the factory system technicians to ensure these requests are created and implemented correctly.
  • Coordinate Fab user/MFG team to drive compliance to manufacturing flow change standard domain and automation implementation.
  • Interacting with fab shift supervisors, module engineers, integration and product engineers in support of customer prototype product lots, technology and product qualification lots and other customer-critical wafer deliverables.
  • Completing all required reporting and documentation

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

  • A Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes in one or more areas such as Thin Films, Etching, Photolithography, Diffusion, or WAT is an advantage.
