• Proficient in automated assembly and lamination processes for consumer electronics, including smartphones and smartwatches.
• Skilled in precision dispensing and operating robotic arms, feeders, and vision systems to achieve accurate lamination.
• Experienced with precision jigs and fixtures, including conducting tolerance analysis, and adept at specialized tasks such as hot melt application, screw fastening, and micro-component insertion.
• Committed to ensuring consistent, high-quality production by rigorously adhering to SOPs, Standard Inspection Procedures, and First Level Controls in an international manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Skilled in automated assembly and lamination of consumer electronics such as smartphones and smartwatches.
• Expertise in precision dispensing and operating robotic arms, feeders, and vision systems to achieve accurate lamination results.
• Experienced in working with precision jigs and fixtures, performing tolerance analysis, and handling specialized processes like hot melt application, screw fastening, and micro-component insertion.
• Ensures consistent, high-quality production by strictly adhering to SOPs, SIPs, and FLCs within a global manufacturing environment.
• B3 in O Level Chinese, or equivalent, is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
