Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Process Improvement Engineer to join a precision machining environment within a leading manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing production processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Study current workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions through time studies, process mapping, and data analysis.

  • System Design & Implementation: Develop and roll out new process layouts, material flow strategies, and innovative technologies to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Cost Reduction: Recommend and implement strategies to reduce production costs through lean methods and resource optimization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from production, engineering, materials, maintenance, and management to drive improvement initiatives.

  • Performance Analysis: Gather and interpret production data to identify trends, track KPIs, and evaluate the results of process changes.

  • Standardization & Reporting: Document new processes and prepare clear reports for internal stakeholders to ensure sustainability and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Prior experience in a machining or manufacturing environment preferred
