Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science required.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose and resolve process and equipment related problems.
• Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step.
• Lead / Support the New Equipment Qualification for new technology development and production ramp.
• Lead / participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified for new products.
