Job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, product quality, and cost control.
• Design, develop, and implement new or improved manufacturing workflows.
• Analyze process performance data and lead root cause investigations for process issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Support new product introductions by developing scalable and efficient processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, WSH).
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and maintenance teams for process integration.
• Lead technical training for operators and engineers on process updates and controls.
• Manage small-to-medium scale process improvement or automation projects.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions for performance enhancement.
• Evaluate new technologies and materials to improve production capability and reliability.
