Job description

Job Description:

  • Analyze SPC charts. Understand the rules and their significance. Perform proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices.
  • Use JMP and Klarity ACE to analyze split lot, DOE data, and sort yield.
  • Upload recipes using RMS, check recipes, and ensure recipe content compliance.
  • Follow up on 3L5W, MRB, 8D, TECN, or update specifications through ECN. Provide guidance to junior engineers.
  • Set up and troubleshoot issues in recipes/job files in all metrology tools within the module.
  • Act as a process engineer for new equipment acceptance. Understand the concept of repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) run.

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Chemical Process/Chemistry/Physics
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication, and written skills
