Job description

• 5 days, Alexandra (South-West), walking distance from MRT
• $4000 - $4800 basic, 1mth AWS,performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Support the customer requirements in collecting data, perform statistical analysis and coming up with better processes or updated processes.
• Work closely with the department leads in mapping the current process and developing the 'to be' processes.
• Create SOP, work instructions and get the required approvals. Train operations team after work instructions approval.
• Handle multiple projects of small and medium sizes.
• Support current business solutions team as required.
• Train and build technical and process capabilities within department while providing technical expert support to other sites.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, IT Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Comprehensive understanding in Warehousing system.
• Experience with Data collection and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge in manufacturing systems e.g. CAD, SAP,ERP etc.
• Able to lead small Project teams and do SIT,UAT as per customer requirements.
• Proven project management skills.
• Good presentation skills and in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Good to know the Industrial Engineering basics-VSM, process mapping, time studies.
