Job description

  • Collaborate closely with engineers to support Dry Etch process development.
  • Analyze test data and set parameters for material and process specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate reviews with engineering/scientific teams to ensure processing techniques align with design requirements.
  • Innovate and implement new or enhanced process formulations, defining equipment needs and assessing production methods for effectiveness.
  • Plan and lead projects focused on introducing new concepts, advanced automation technologies, and improved process strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve integration and process issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dry Etch process development.
  • Strong communication abilities with good interpersonal interactions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team contributor.
  • Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Project management skills are highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
