Job description

  • Well Established Company

  • Working location : Tuas (Transport Provided)
  • Working days : Monday to Friday
  • Working hours : 8am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes, take measurements and interpret data including SCADA system operations (in line with company towards digitalization)
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow
  • Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes
  • Determine the organization and setup of operations
  • Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output
  • Manage cost and time constraints
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions
  • Involve and perform PSM and Hazop study
  • Become turn key manager to plan and execute plant shutdown

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 1 year of process industry experience
  • Strong working knowledge of process related standards, Process Improvement and Safety Management
  • Team oriented and dynamic
