We are currently seeking a talented Process Engineer with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team for an exciting project based in Singapore. Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented Process Engineer with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team for an exciting project based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement process engineering solutions to optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process requirements and integrate new process solutions into existing manufacturing infrastructure.
  • Conduct process simulations, modeling, and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and implement process validation protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for manufacturing processes, including diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process design documents, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in pharmaceutical process engineering, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GAMP).
  • Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
  • Experience with validation protocols, including IQ/OQ/PQ and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
