Process Engineer (Pharma MNC, Change Control, Test Script) #HCL

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure systems (equipment, controls, and operations) meet production and business needs

· Lead or support process improvements, troubleshooting, and change control activities

· Manage deviations, investigations, and root cause analyses related to equipment and processes

· Prepare and update technical documents such as functional specifications and risk assessments

· Participate in cross-functional team meetings to support production and engineering operations

· Ensure process safety, equipment reliability, and compliance with internal and external standards

· Support and lead capital projects from planning to implementation

· Recommend and implement new technologies and improvements for process efficiency

· Ensure timely completion of tasks related to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Bio, Process, or Mechanical)

· Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biologics

· Experience in Change Control and Test Script

· Understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
