Job summary

Gradiant, a water technology leader, seeks a Process Engineer for its New Products and Innovation program to drive development, validation, and scale‑up of emerging industrial wastewater solutions. You will bridge fundamental process understanding with engineering execution from bench to pilot to full‑scale deployment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the water industry or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with industrial wastewater treatment and pilot systems.
• Strong design, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop process design basis, specifications, operating windows and performance claims.
• Lead pilot system design, setup, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate GA drawings, 2D layouts and 3D models with engineering teams.
• Develop control philosophies and collaborate with PLC programmers.
• Translate R&D outputs into standardized, manufacturable design packages.
