Process Engineer (Mold)

Process Engineer (Mold) is responsible for development and establishment of production process.

Responsibilities

1. Establish, review and update specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation for molding process within production line.
2. Troubleshoot process issue and improve process capabilities, yield and cycle time from customer NPI stage to LVM/HVM stage.
3. Process sustaining and control through SPC and periodic defect Pareto Analysis.
4. Lead and drive SPC control.
5. Review and maintain FMEA, Control plan, OCAP with cross-functional teams.
6. Handle and manage customer audits and 8D reports.
7. Provide disposition for engineering and production lots.
8. Conduct process characterization and qualification to establish process baseline.
9. Coordinate and liaise with vendor/suppliers on process issue or quality issue.
10. Support customer NPI activities and internal engineering activities.
11. New material, process & machine development and qualification.
12. Review and accept machine buyoff, setup pilot line process and transfer from pilot to production line.

Requirement

1. Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechanical engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
2. Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing industry and working in cleanroom environment.
3. Minimum 3 years hands-on Mold Process within semiconductor / electronics manufacturing industry.
4. Experience in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D reports.
