Job description

Process Engineer

Work Location : Tampines Industrial
Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of process technicians to optimize process-related functions and ensure efficient production.

- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement process operation flows that meet customer and business requirements.

- Maintain production work instructions, including SFC control processes and SAP maintenance.

- Lead operation teams in implementing engineering change orders (ECOs) and process improvements.

- Drive process efficiency through continuous improvement, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.

- Update and maintain the EC master list and track changes.

- Prepare and update working instructions and provide training to production teams.

- Support new product introduction (NPI) processes and mass production.

- Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in engineering with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Compliance with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
