Process Engineer (Chemical) - West Plant

Job Duties

• Apply chemical knowledge to daily operation, process troubleshooting and improvement
• Conduct and interpret Failure Analysis report, EDX, FTIR, SEM, FIB
• Responsible for section quality KPI
• Work with different stakeholders ( ie. production team and suppliers) to investiage and troubleshoot process related problem
• Initiate evaluation work procedure and improve the existing chemical processes
• Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide trainings to all relevant operators
• Responsible for qualities complaints and any discrepancies when arise
• Set quarterly MBO and review MBO ( Management by Objective)
• Initiate continuous cost reduction activity
• Other duties as assigned
