Responsibilities

• Optimize plant work processes and production by reviewing current process gaps and leading implementation of new or improved processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of process changes.
• Proactively identify potential issues to prevent incidents and ensure operations align with design specifications.
• Champion Risk Assessments and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Follow through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and conduct regular checks and briefings.
• Serve as trainer for engineers and senior engineers, transferring knowledge on new or changed processes.
• Conduct training for technicians to ensure proficiency in updated processes.
• Support new product development and scale-up activities in cross-functional teams.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a process engineer.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
• Intermediate MS Office skills and data analysis using quality tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID.
• Knowledge of chemical operation process equipment and chemical handling.
