Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport Provided)

Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,500/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize plant work processes and overall production efficiency.

• Analyze current production gaps, propose changes, lead approval processes, and implement improvements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption of new or modified processes.

• Conduct Risk Assessments and FMEA to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.

• Ensure operational alignment with design specifications and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for process improvement initiatives.

• Act as a technical trainer and mentor for engineers and technicians.

• Conduct process training to ensure competency across production teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a process or manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in data analysis, quality tools, and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), capable of engaging across all levels.

• Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings.

• Working knowledge of chemical process equipment and handling.

• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
