A leading manufacturer in chemical engineering based in Singapore is looking for a Process Engineer to optimize production processes and lead improvements in manufacturing efficiency. Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This full-time position offers a salary range of $3,000 to $4,500 monthly with bonuses and immediate start preferred.
Process Engineer – Chemical Manufacturing
Location: Jurong Island (Company Transport Provided)
Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,500/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start Preferred
Bonuses: AWS (13th Month) + Variable Bonus (Based on Company Performance)

Key Responsibilities:
Optimize plant work processes and overall production efficiency.
Analyze current production gaps, propose changes, lead approval processes, and implement improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption of new or modified processes.
Conduct Risk Assessments and FMEA to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
Ensure operational alignment with design specifications and regulatory standards.
Facilitate the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for process improvement initiatives.
Act as a technical trainer and mentor for engineers and technicians.
Conduct process training to ensure competency across production teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a process or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in data analysis, quality tools, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), capable of engaging across all levels.
Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings.
Working knowledge of chemical process equipment and handling.
Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
