Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in electronics is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee production scheduling and improve process functionality. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with electroplating knowledge. This is a permanent role located in Pioneer, with a salary package of up to $4,500 plus allowances.

• Prior electroplating experience is an added advantage.

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electronics)
• Position Title: Process Engineer
• Working Location: Pioneer (Nearby MRT station)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.30AM - 5PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling
• Evaluate and establish process parameters
• Identify and eliminate sources of failure and to perfect functionality of products
• Define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increase production output, reduce production cycle and enhance cost improvement
• Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems
• Develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings, bill of material etc. for products
• Execute productivity programmes such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication or improvement etc.
• Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance
• Ensure manufacturing objectives are met and initiate continuous improvement activities on product quality, yields and technologies
