  • Participate in RFQ phase to provide manufacturing quote.
  • Execute NPI activities including project plan and process setup.

Job description

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at CEI Pte. Ltd. You have the opportunity to work with a creative and collaborative team at the forefront of technology.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical specialist in developing EMS manufacturing solution of Box Build and System Level Assembly capability and capacity to meet customer deliverables.

  • Participate in RFQ phase to provide manufacturing quote, to meet customer product specifications and cost expectation.

  • Understand customer requirement and develop manufacturing plan of NPI project to meet customer deliverables.

  • aExecute NPI activities includes project plan (Gantt Chart), process setup, layout & validation and develop the documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, WI).

  • Coordinate and work with Manufacturing Technical Staffs for the First Article run & qualification.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Preferably 3-5 years in Cable Hardness & System Level Assembly and Testing EMS working experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).

  • Proficient in BOM, 3D CAD and Schematic diagram.

  • Experience in FMEA, SPC, DOE and 8D reports.

  • Good analytical skill and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Able to travel occasionally for site support.
