• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and document process flows.
• Ensure accurate production Work Instructions and maintain SAP processes.
• Drive Engineering Change Orders implementation in production.
• Champion efficiency and productivity improvements.

Job description

Salary: Up to 5k

Location: Tampines (Nearby Ikea)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Process Assistant Engineers and Technicians in all process-related functions to ensure efficient and smooth production.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to develop, streamline, and document process operation flows that meet both business and customer requirements.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date production Work Instructions (W/I), including Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP process maintenance.

Drive Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) implementation in production with clear communication and follow-through.

Champion process efficiency and productivity improvements through:

• UPH (Units per Hour) tracking
• Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing activities
• Continuous process reviews and optimization
