Job description

• Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

• Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 (Based on experience)

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team on Jurong Island. You will play a key role in improving production efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth plant operations. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about process optimization, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality

• Lead implementation of new or updated work processes

• Monitor plant operations to ensure alignment with design specifications

• Conduct risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) and ensure safety compliance

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction

• Provide training and guidance to engineers and technicians

• Conduct regular checks and briefings using the PDCA cycle

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good knowledge of chemical processes, equipment, and safety standards

• Able to read and interpret P&ID diagrams

• Familiar with ISO standards and internal auditing

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools
