Job description

Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• \tTo lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production

• \tTo work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement

• \tTo ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process

• \tTo lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations.

• \tTo lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities

• \tTo update EC masterlist & tracking

• \tTo prepare and update Working Instruction.

• \tTo provide trainings over W/I to production.

• \tTo support on the NPI Process

• \tTo support production on mass run

• \tParticipate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Requirements:

• \tDegree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing

• \tAbility to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors

• \tStrong problem-solving skills

• \tAbility to work with minimal supervision

• \tGood project management skills.

• \tA keen eye for details
