A leading manufacturing services provider in Singapore is looking for a Process Engineer to lead a team and improve production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include process management, documentation, and collaboration with various teams to optimize production processes. Lead a team of Process Application Engineers and Technicians in managing all process-related activities to ensure efficient production operations.
Collaborate with internal departments to design and implement optimal process flows aligned with customer requirements and business goals.
Maintain and ensure proper documentation of production work instructions, including SFC control and SAP process updates.
Drive implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and lead cross-functional teams during changes.
Improve process efficiency through UPH (Units per Hour) tracking, process enhancements, and Kaizen initiatives.
Update and track Engineering Change (EC) master lists.
Prepare and update production Working Instructions (W/I), and conduct training for production teams.
Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
Assist production teams during mass production runs for continuous improvement and troubleshooting.
Participate in ISO certification and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to collaborate with customers, regional or global teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
