Job Purpose:
- Sustain and improve processes / SPC to meet quality, cost, and productivity requirements.
Job Descriptions:
- Analyze SPC charts using SPACE, understand all PR rules and their significance, and annotate properly for quality troubleshooting of SPC Out of Control (OOC).
- Monitor critical SPC charts daily, perform process window studies, and propose improvements to reduce OOC and enhance Cpk.
- Review ESPC charts using SPACE and understand all related rules.
- Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, and sort yield using JMP and Klarity ACE.
- Create SPC charts, DCOP, and modify SLDB using PROMIS (CAMSTAR).
- Upload and verify recipes, ensuring content compliance via RMS.
- Raise PCRB, understand requirements, follow through with quality plans, analyze data, and close CRs.
- Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or specification updates with ECN.
- Set up and troubleshoot issues in recipes/job files across metrology tools, and perform regular housekeeping.
- Follow up on pass-downs, troubleshoot process issues, and establish CAS/procedures for resolution in collaboration with other departments.
- Start up and qualify new processes and equipment within scheduled timelines, working closely with Equipment Engineers, understanding R&R concepts.
- Work on reducing process constraints for increased manufacturing flexibility.
- Perform process matching, analysis, and DOE to optimize tool matching and reduce variation.
- Participate in CIP programs to optimize process window, cost, yield, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers to meet module objectives, focusing on uptime and OEE goals.
- Represent the module in cross-functional teams to address yield and excursion issues, and participate in cross-fab benchmarking.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards.
- Provide feedback and training to AEs and Techs on troubleshooting, process understanding, decision-making, and risk assessment.
- Provide monthly reports to supervisors.
- Participate in wafer scrap reduction initiatives, ensuring no human errors.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and security policies, maintaining a safe workspace.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Diploma holders with 3+ years in Semiconductor Front-End Process.
- Willing to perform normal/swing shifts or 12-hour rotating shifts if required.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
