Job Summary:-

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with expertise in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to join our team. This role is critical for enhancing manufacturing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality by identifying and resolving systemic issues in our manufacturing processes.

Job Qualification:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC, 5S, SPC, Process Capabilities, Takt rate, OEE, and Kaizen events.
  • Proficient in documenting SOPs, Work Instructions, and training materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and to conduct statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in software tools such as SolidWorks, MS Project, Minitab, AutoCAD, Smartsheet, Outlook, and Excel.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Perform engineering studies using statistical analysis and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts for high-speed manufacturing and assembly lines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Collaborate on new product introductions, engineering change orders, and process optimization projects.
  • Emphasize long-term solutions over quick fixes to improve manufacturing processes sustainably.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for product lines and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct process qualifications on manufacturing machines and prepare validation protocols.
  • Utilize strong engineering expertise to analyze technical problems and propose effective solutions.
