Job summary

A leading life sciences company in Singapore seeks a molecular biologist to support their contract development and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will design and execute laboratory experiments, optimize upstream processes for mammalian cell cultures, and take part in project management. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Biology or related fields, and have experience in GLP and GMP. Join us in making impactful advancements in biosolutions.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years related laboratory experience including mammalian cell culture and stem cells.
• Experience with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will be an advantage.
• Experience in isolation of stem cells, tissue banking and generation of cell bank.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to support client upstream processes.
• Evaluate and optimize existing client processes.
• Conduct scale-up experiments in larger bioreactors.
• Write client proposals and summarize project work.

Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret scientific data and publications

Excellent communication (oral and written)

Strong team player with interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related science
