Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in manufacturing is required.
• Proficient in Minitab and JMP.
• Knowledge of DOE and SPC is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute process validation activities, including IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Drive product quality through development and improvement of processes.
• Provide technical support for process and product development.

Job responsibilities:

• Plan and execute process validation activities, including IQ, OQ and PQ Activities.

• Drive product quality through the development and improvement of current and future processes using sound statistical methodologies.

• Provide technical and project-based support for process and product development ensuring smooth implementation and validation of new processes.

• Deliver project-based processes improvements, individually and as part of a team.

• Document all validations, trial and qualification activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2 years’ experience in manufacturing.

• Proficient in Minitab and JMP, or other software for statistical analysis.

• Knowledge of Design of Experiment (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

• Experience in Excel VBA for automation and data analysis.
