Job summary

SUPERFORM CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Process Control System Engineer in Tampines to optimize wafering performance through AI/ML-enabled solutions.

You will develop data-driven process controls, integrate Run-to-Run workflows, and deploy scalable automation using Python, SQL databases, and containerized services. Qualifications

• Experience with Python programming in industrial contexts.
• Experience with SQL-based databases for data management.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and process control concepts.
• Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD and Git.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve wafering performance and reduce costs using data-driven methods and AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Integrate data-collection plans and Run-to-Run control workflows to enable advanced process control and reliability.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into scalable workflow architectures using Python and SQL-based databases, containerized services, and internal frameworks.
• Build, deploy and maintain AI/ML models within the manufacturing environment to support diverse use cases.
• Apply DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment and long-term maintainability of production-critical software.
• Develop and enhance workflows and operational dashboards to improve visibility and data-driven decision making across the line.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and global teams to ensure alignment and cross-site integration.
• Maintain documentation and summarize activities in monthly reports to the Supervisor.

Job Title: Process Control System Engineer

Location: Tampines

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 am to 5.30 pm)

Basic Salary: up to $4,800

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifies and executes opportunities to enhance wafering performance, improve productivity, and reduce manufacturing cost through advanced algorithms, data-driven methods, and AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Integrates data-collection plans and Run-to-Run (R2R) control workflows via the Equipment Engineering System (EES) to enable advanced process control and improve process reliability.
• Translates manufacturing requirements, process behavior, and engineering insights into scalable workflow architectures usingPython,SQL-based databases, containerized services, and internal development frameworks to support high-volume fab operations.
• Builds, deploys, and sustainsAI/ML modelswithin the manufacturing environment to support diverse AI use cases across the company.
• ImplementsDevOps practicesandCI/CD pipelinesto ensure reliable deployment, version control, and long-term maintainability of production-critical software systems.
• Develops, maintains, and enhances critical workflows and operational dashboards to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making across the manufacturing line.
• Collaborates closely with Process Engineering, IT Infrastructure, cross-functional teams, and global technology counterparts to ensure alignment, scalability, and successful cross-site solution integration.
• Ensures relevant documentation is observed, updated, and maintained; summarizes activities in monthly reports and submits to Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Strong programming proficiency inPython.
• Competent inSQL-based databasesfor querying and managing structured data.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, or process control concepts, with the ability to translate them into workflow or automation solutions.
• Exposure toDevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), automated testing, and production software maintenance is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex manufacturing data and derive actionable insights.
• Able to work independently while being an effective team player.
• Systematic problem-solving ability and good communication skills.
