STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Process Control FDC Robustness Engineer to strengthen fab robustness programs and collaborate with DTIT, CAM, Automation, and Operations teams across sites.

You will analyze FDC applications, interface data sources, troubleshoot systems, and drive continuous improvements to robustness and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with exposure to CAM, automation, and web-based tools across ST sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer engineering (preferred).
  • Past experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • MS Office, Data mining/analysis skills.
  • Self-driven, Independent, inquisitive, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective solutions to improve different FDC application platforms and existing process robustness programs.
  • Enhance fab detection capabilities by improving the robustness program.
  • Interface, manage, and liaise applications and tools from different data sources with various operation departments, site departments, and other ST sites.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and debugging current systems and applications in robustness and FDC applications.
  • Liaise with various parties to implement solutions related to CAM, automation, web-based, or other corporate engineering tools and applications.
  • Maintain existing Fab robustness systems on WSO systems - PMT, Idle-late, Pam Syn and timeout; pursue continuous improvement.

We are seeking individuals to join as Process Control FDC Robustness Engineer. You will need to work with cross-functional team members such as DTIT (CAM, Automation, Application), Manufacturing Operation modules, Process Change Request team, Process Control team for the Fab FDC Robustness activities in the role as below:

  • Provide effective solutions to improve different FDC application platforms and various existing process robustness programs for better robustness, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Enhance fab detection capabilities by improving the robustness program.
  • Interface, manage, and liaise applications and tools from different data sources with various operation departments, site departments, and other ST sites.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and debugging current systems and applications in robustness and FDC applications.
