Job description

Job Title: Process Business Analyst

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (up to 4 days onsite)

Contract Duration: 9–12 Months

Start Date: Early to Mid-August

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Process Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of HR Target Operating Models (TOM) and Shared Services Centers (SSC). This role will play a critical part in analyzing key business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that implemented solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide hands-on support in the execution of HR TOM and SSC design and implementation activities.
  • Analyze current processes, systems, and data to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and translated into optimal solution designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions align with leading business process practices and meet organizational objectives.
  • Support the documentation of business processes and requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in across functions.
