Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer.
  • Experience working in a 12” fab would be advantageous.
  • Opportunity to travel overseas for training.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and sustain thin film processes, including CVD and CMP.
  • Work closely with process engineers to scale up manufacturing processes.
  • Continuously improve process stability and productivity.
  • Conduct experiments and analyze complex datasets.
  • Support the analysis of production anomalies.

Role Summary

Youwillberesponsibletodeliverrobustandefficientsemiconductormanufacturingprocesswithdata drivenanalyticsandsystemicproblem-solvingskillsin Thin Film (CVD/CMP) module.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and sustain thin film processes, including CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization).
  • Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacityswiftlyand maintain withqualityandurgency.
  • Continuouslyimproveprocessstabilityandcapability,enhancequality,reliability,yield,productivity,andsafetystandards.
  • Assist to conductexperiments,analysecomplexdatasets,andderiveactionable insightstooptimizemanufacturingprocessesandprecisecontrols
  • Support to analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statisticalprocesscontrol (SPC) methodstoestablishandupholdrobust manufacturingprocesses.
