Job summary

A semiconductor manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Process Engineer to deliver robust semiconductor manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in a relevant STEM field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Role Summary

You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in Dry Etch module.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and sustain dry etch process, assist in running and verifying process recipes on dry etch tools.
  • Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain quality and urgency.
  • Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Assist to conduct experiments, analyze complex datasets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls.
  • Support to analyze production anomalies and maintain/improve statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes.
Education, Qualification & Essential Experiences
  • A Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, possessing in-depth knowledge; experience working in a 12" fab would be advantageous
  • Opportunity to travel overseas for training (subject to needs and expectations)
