A leading materials company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a hands-on role involving wafer preparation and processing. Responsibilities include cleaning and loading wafers, monitoring process performance, and reporting data. The candidate must be able to work in a clean room environment and on rotational shifts. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares wafers for experimentation to include cleaning. Loads wafers, prepares reactor for experimentation. Evaluates performance of process system.
Interface with team members, understand their detail plan and requirement
Process wafers in Chemical Vapor Deposition chambers. Monitor process and hardware performance.
Records process conditions and experimental observations.
Measure on-wafer film properties. Characterize film.
Report data to the team.
Checks performance of process system. Orders equipment and supplies, and coordinates with vendors and purchasing.
Perform routine shut down procedure. Identify problem put tool down and call for service.
Coordinates instrument repair and maintenance. Coordinates with engineering on wafer evaluations.
Requirements:
Must be able to work on rotational day and night shift
Prior relevant experiences in process are preferred but not compulsory
Enjoy hands-on duties daily (non-desk bound)
Capable to work in a clean room environment daily
