Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth functioning and proper maintenance of probe cards used in wafer testing
• Monitor and maintain the quality of probe cards in meeting industry standards
• Liaise and follow up with relevant Department to resolve probe card issues and improve yield performance.
• To prepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications and/or customer’s requirements
• Communicate with Headquarter, customer and vendor on probe card related matters
• In the spirit of continuous improvement, you are required to work closely with customers, vendor and production to meet the quality requirements
• Analyse probe card data and generate report for management review
• Responsible in PRVX operation and maintenance, and create reference files for probe card
• Review and update SOP or OI to align with current practice or specification

Job Specification:

• Min. Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
• Prior Probe Card handling experience for at least 2 years
• Required language(s): bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to understand documents written in Chinese and coordinate with Mandarin speaking counterpart)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point for report generation and presentation
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
