Job Opening: Pro Dance Teacher with Studio Management Focus

Our studio is looking for a talented candidate who is excellent as a Pro Dance Teacher and has a keen interest in learning about and contributing to Studio Management . You'll join our studio to teach various dance styles, including K-Pop, Girl Style, TikTok, and Jazz , while also engaging in creative event hosting and assisting with daily studio operations.

This role includes an intensive 2-3 month training period. Successful candidates will then be offered a long-term position with us. For long-term hiring, candidates are expected to contribute at least three times their salary in revenue.

Compensation:

• Trial Period (2-3 months): S$3,000 - S$3,400 per month
• Post-Trial Salary: S$5,000 - S$6,800 per month

Work Schedule:

You'll work 6 days a week with 1 day off . Your specific day off will be determined by the studio based on operational needs and active bookings, so flexibility is a must .

What You'll Be Doing (Initial Focus):

• Teaching Dance: Lead engaging classes for all age groups in K-Pop, Girl Style, TikTok, Jazz , and more.
• Performance Team: Create and manage a performance team, including performing yourself.
• Social Media Management: Handle social media for dance and music classes, including registrations, class updates, new projects, and intensive training promotions.
• Event Assistance: Support and assist with various events hosted at our studio.
• Content Creation: Produce ready-to-post creative video and photo content.
• Special Projects: Participate in exciting projects like flash mobs, wedding shows, teacher training, and dinner and dance events.
• Studio Management: Oversee studio rentals and maintenance.
• Collaborations: Initiate and invite new collaborative partners.
• Studio Events: Host monthly and seasonal studio events and picnics.
• Admin Work: Manage essential administrative tasks such as sign-ups, attendance, accounting, and payments.

We're looking for candidates who want to grow with us and stay for 2-5 years or even longer.
