Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and other stakeholders during the proposal and planning stages.
• Setup, configure, and test audio and lighting systems including mixers, speakers, amplifiers, microphones, lighting consoles, DMX-controlled fixtures, and more.
• Ensure all systems are compliant with safety and industry standard
• Operate audio and lighting systems during events, rehearsals, and live productions.
• Provide on-site technical support during installations and performances.
• Diagnose and repair faults in audio/lighting systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to hardware and software components.
• Maintain detailed records of system configurations and equipment inventories.
• Train end-users and venue staff on the use of installed systems.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Theater, or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience with professional audio and stage lighting systems.
• Proficiency with analog and digital audio consoles (e.g., Yamaha, Allen & Heath, Soundcraft).
• Familiarity with lighting control systems (e.g., MA Lighting, ETC, Avolites).
• Understanding of signal flow, gain structure, and system calibration.
• Familiar with simulation
• Knowledge of networking protocols for AV systems (Dante, Art-Net, DMX, etc.).
