Qualifications

• 10-15 years of marketing experience in private banking, wealth management or Fintech.
• Proven track record in lead generation, AUM growth and premium brand building.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end Private Wealth marketing strategy.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Set and deliver quarterly OKRs focused on performance.
• Promote the Private Wealth ecosystem in client marketing.
• Manage multi-channel distribution of premium content.
• Build effective marketing collaborations and partnerships.
