Business Description:

Blackstone’s Private Wealth team in Singapore was established to meet the increasing demand for Blackstone products among high-net-worth investors. We collaborate with major private banks, wealth management firms, and family offices to deliver a broad range of alternative investment solutions, along with ongoing support, education, and training.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support our APAC Business Strategy and Strategic Development team within Private Wealth. The role focuses on expanding analytics capabilities and executing growth initiatives across the region. Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the development of Private Wealth reporting and analytics across sales channels.
2. Executing reporting functions and driving infrastructure development.
3. Generating insights from analysis of key initiatives and presenting findings to stakeholders.
4. Driving strategic and operational initiatives, including new projects and process improvements.
5. Researching opportunities for business growth, including new markets and channels.
6. Partnering with Private Wealth and Blackstone teams on regional initiatives across product lines.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, highly motivated, intelligent, with sound judgment and proven excellence. Requirements include:

• Strong academic background.
• 1-2+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, wealth or asset management.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, Essbase, Salesforce.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
