Job summary

Sun Venture Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Fall internship to support the Private Markets team in evaluating private equity and private credit opportunities. You will conduct manager research, perform financial analyses, and help draft investment memoranda as part of the investment process.

The role involves market mapping, portfolio monitoring, and preparing internal materials for investment committee reviews, with opportunities to present findings to stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Pursuing a relevant degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, Economics and completed two years of undergraduate studies.
Able to commit to a full-time Fall internship from Jan - May 2027.

Responsibilities

Assisting with assessment of investment opportunities through manager and strategy research, benchmarking and performance analysis.
Assisting with screening co-investment opportunities, including company and sector research, financial analysis and drafting memoranda.
Participating in internal discussions to evaluate and prioritise potential opportunities.
Assisting in preparation of internal materials for investment committee review.
Carrying out market mapping and thematic analysis across private equity and private credit strategies, managers and sectors.
Contributing to portfolio monitoring by reviewing and analysing quarterly GP reports.
Providing support on ad hoc team initiatives, such as presentations for stakeholders, data management, and process improvement efforts.
