Job summary

CDiC Consultants LLP, a leading private investigation firm in Singapore, is seeking an investigator to conduct field operations while ensuring ethical evidence gathering. Ideal candidates should possess relevant licenses, be computer literate, and have a passion for investigative work. Training will be provided for those without experience.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel overseas on short notice.
  • Possess a Class 2B and/or 2A license and own a motorcycle.

Job description

For three consecutive years, CDiC Consultants has been honoured with the prestigious title of Best Private Investigation Firm in Singapore 2023 Tier 1 – Outstanding at the Singapore Security Industry Awards (SSIA) 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting investigation/field operations and ensuring evidence gathering is conducted ethically, professionally and in accordance with Private Security Industry Act and all relevant Singapore Statues;
  • Quality assurance on the conduct of the investigation, intelligence/evidence gathering, and proper custodian on the chain of evidence and ensure the process is in the correct direction of achieving the investigation objective/s.
  • Manage multiple investigation/field operations projects and assist in preparing investigation reports by organising all relevant evidence including exhibit management and investigations proceedings.

Requirements

  • Passionate and Interested in detective and investigative fieldwork
  • Minimum "N/O" level. ITE/Polytechnic candidates are welcome
  • Knowledge in photography, video/audio recording/editing would be an advantage.
  • Computer Literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Team player and able to work independently and proactively.
  • Possess license Class 2B and/or 2A, and own a motorcycle
  • Having a Class 3 driving license would be an advantage.
  • No criminal record and not a bankrupt
  • Able to travel overseas on short notice.
  • Ability to manage priorities, pressure, and tight timelines
  • Proficient and fluent in English and writing reports in English
  • Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays, if required
  • With or without experience. WSQ Course and Training provided

  • Preferably able to start work immediately
  • Salary will be commensurate withworking and/or private investigation experiences
