Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a trusted driver in Singapore to provide safe, punctual transport for the family. The role includes airport transfers, errands, and maintaining a vehicle’s condition, with occasional extended travel periods.

Applicants should hold a valid Singapore driving licence, be Singaporean or PR, and have previous private/family driving experience. References are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore driving licence.
• Singaporean/PR citizenship required.
• Previous private/family driving experience preferred.
• Experience with UHNW families is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore roads.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the family.
• Handle airport transfers and errands as requested.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.
• Arrange servicing and monitor maintenance and vehicle matters.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required.

About the role

Provide safe and reliable transportation for the family, including airport transfers and collection/delivery of items. During the family’s international travel periods of approximately 2–3 months annually, the role will have significantly reduced duties, with only occasional transportation or errands required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the family

• Family and household errands

• Airport transfers and collection/delivery of items

• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle

• Arrange and monitor servicing, maintenance and other vehicle-related matters

• Other reasonable duties as required

Schedule

• 9.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Saturdays)

• Overtime may occasionally be required, depending on the needs of the employer. Any overtime will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

About you

• Valid Singapore driving licence

• Singaporean/PR citizen

• Previous private/family driving experience preferred

• Experience driving for a family office or UHNW family is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Singapore roads

• Reliable, punctual and responsible

• Professional presentation and conduct

• Discreet and respectful of family privacy

• Flexible and willing to assist with errands

• Good communication skills

• 1-2 employment references required
