Location: Singapore

Budget: SGD 150,000 – 200,000 per annum

Overview:

We are representing a newly established Family Office seeking to hire an experienced Private Equity Investment professional to join their team. The role focuses on mid-stage private equity investments, with a strong preference for opportunities in the technology and artificial intelligence sectors across the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and execute mid-stage private equity investment opportunities, primarily in the Tech/AI space.
  • Conduct financial modelling, valuation, market research, and due diligence on potential investments.
  • Prepare and present investment memoranda and recommendations to the investment committee.
  • Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies, including performance tracking and value creation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with co-investors, fund managers, entrepreneurs, and advisors in the US and EU markets.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

Key Requirements:

  • 6–12 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate development with a strong focus on technology or AI investments.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing private equity deals, ideally in the US and/or European markets.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and due diligence skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is advantageous.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to deep tech, AI, SaaS, or emerging technologies.
  • Experience working within or alongside family offices or alternative investment platforms.
