Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Private Duty Nurse to provide dedicated one-to-one care for an individual patient in a central location. The role includes health monitoring, mobility assistance, and accompanying the patient on overseas travel when needed.

You will work 4–5 days on a 12-hour day shift, with a salary package that includes a basic up to SGD 10,000 plus daily duty allowance, and comprehensive benefits such as 14 days annual leave, insurance coverage, travel

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and hold a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in bedside/direct patient care.
• Experience in oncology or haematology nursing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the patient’s overall care and well-being.
• Deliver individualized nursing and bedside care.
• Monitor health indicators such as glucose levels and blood pressure.
• Support dietary, lifestyle and daily wellness management.
• Assist with walking, mobility and daily activities.
• Provide emotional reassurance and positive engagement.
• Accompany and provide care during overseas travel when required.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow treating professionals’ instructions.

• Working Days: 4 or 5 Days Shift
• Working Hours: 12 hours Day Shift
• Salary: Basic up to $10,000 + $50/Day Duty Allowance ($800 - $1,000/Month)

• Provide safe mobility and physical assistance when required.
• Observe the patient’s condition and communicate relevant changes promptly.
• Engage the patient positively and provide emotional reassurance.
• Accompany and provide medical and physical care during overseas travel when required.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow medical instructions provided by the treating healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and hold a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience, including bedside or direct patient care.
• Experience in oncology or haematology nursing will be advantageous.
• Able to provide safe physical and mobility assistance to the patient, including supporting walking and transfers where required.
• Caring, patient and positive, with the ability to communicate and engage the patient effectively.
• Able to work five days per week, including selected weekends.
• Willing and able to travel overseas with the patient when required.
